By accessing or using Botlor ("the Service"), operated by Alexiuz AS ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Botlor is an AI butler and personal assistant. It answers questions, generates content, saves notes, tracks goals on a timeline, and helps you find products, travel, events and information by calling third-party services on your behalf. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence, not by a person.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service in the EEA, or at least 13 elsewhere. You must provide a valid email address and create a password of at least 12 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful, hateful or infringing content, to submit another person's private information without their permission, or to attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
Responses from Botlor are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Verify anything important before relying on it.
Botlor is not a lawyer, doctor, dietitian, financial adviser, therapist or travel agent, and nothing it says is professional advice. Market and financial data is provided for information only and is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Nutrition information is general and is not dietary or medical advice. Travel, ticket and product information comes from third parties and may be wrong, unavailable or differently priced by the time you act on it. You are responsible for decisions you make, and we are not liable for them.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or are thinking about harming yourself or others, do not rely on the Service. Contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
We earn affiliate commission on some of the product, travel and ticket links the Service shows you. This costs you nothing extra and does not influence what Botlor recommends. Purchases are made with the third-party merchant, not with us; their terms, pricing, delivery, returns and warranties apply, and we are not a party to that transaction.
Some features consume credits. Credits may be bought through the app store on your device or on alexiuz.com, and are held in a shared Alexiuz AS balance usable across our products. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable except where refunds are required by law or by the app store's own policy. Purchases made inside a mobile app are handled by that app store and are subject to its refund process. A free tier is always available; the Service is not gated entirely behind payment.
To fulfil your requests, Botlor calls services operated by Alexiuz AS (Generor, Statility, Algatella, Vaibie, Newscompute, Caistom and Rexiew) as well as unaffiliated providers. When you first use a feature that requires an affiliated service, an account may be created there on your behalf using your email address. This happens only at that point, never automatically on registration, and deleting your Botlor account removes those accounts too. Details of what is sent where are in our Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to submit it.
The Service itself, including its software, design and branding, is the property of Alexiuz AS and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may optionally provide preferences such as display name, location, interests and shopping style, and answer questions about how you like to be spoken to. These are optional, are used only to tailor responses inside Botlor, are sent as context to our AI providers for that purpose, and can be viewed, edited or deleted at any time in Settings. Botlor also keeps a rolling written summary of your conversations so it can maintain continuity; you can clear it whenever you like.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party integration will remain available. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexiuz AS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service, any third-party conduct or content, or any content obtained through the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alexiuz AS and its affiliates against claims, damages, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. We will post significant changes on this page and update the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
